Process flow

  • 1.Raw ore crushing:Crushing graphite raw ore into smaller particles for the subsequent chlorination roasting process.
  • 2.Ingredients:Calculate the required amount of reducing agent (such as carbon powder, hydrogen gas, etc.) and chlorine gas based on the composition of the raw ore and the purity requirements of the target product, and proceed with the ingredients.

  • 4.Cooling and Collection:The material after chlorination roasting needs to be cooled to room temperature before collection. During this process, metal chlorides will precipitate in the form of gas or condensed phases and separate from graphite.
  • 5.Washing and drying:The collected materials are washed to remove residual chlorine gas and metal chlorides, and then dried to obtain high-purity graphite products.
