Located in central Nigeria, Earth to Sun Mining established a 50tph tin ore beneficiation plant in August 2018. The tin ore processing plant project is mainly used for alluvial tin ore separation.

As a result of receiving emails from customers, we have learned about tin mine types (pictures of raw ore, production capacity, element analysis reports, etc.). Because we want to be cautious, we ask our customers for samples of 20kg in order to do laboratory beneficiation. Based on the results of laboratory beneficiation, we have customized a tin ore separation and beneficiation plant with a high recovery rate for customers.

Additionally, our customer invited our engineer to his mine site for depth measurements. We sent our engineers to Nigeria to conduct further explorations on the tin ore and confirm our beneficiation plan. In order to confirm the required equipment, the customer visited our factory in China after learning about the equipment required for the complete mineral processing process. In order to educate our customers about our equipment, Earth to Sun Mining’s staff actively explained its performance to them.

Upon confirmation of the order, we provide our customers with (trommel screen, spiral chute, shaking table, magnetic separator, electromagnetic separator, etc.).
Drawings are provided to the factory and production is arranged.

We have already begun shipping equipment to Nigeria three months after our equipment was ordered. Upon arrival in Nigeria, infrastructure construction began, and engineers were dispatched to install and debug the equipment. The factory is now fully operational.
